Ladies! Weโ€™re starting the challenge this week! Start Tomorrow if you can! It will take 30-45 min of your day! Make YOU a priority! New challenges promote NEW growth & discipline! Me & my sister Myra @MyGainzter on IG & will suppprt you throughout this challenge! If you canโ€™t do Mon-Wed-Fri just make sure you do challenge 3X a week! The calendar has been uploaded you can save it to your phone or screenshot! Tell a friend & get that booty ready!

Sidenote: On off days you can do resume your regular routine maybe do upper body-core or cardio! But please rest that booty & legs at least 1-2 days in between! Soak in Epsom salt & stretch in between challenge days YOU WILL BE SORE!!!!
