Weight Gain Shake Recipe

Hey Guys, I’ve been drinking this shake twice a day for healthy weight gains!

One in day time with or after lunch & one before bed

  • 6-8oz Rice Milk (Almond, Soy or Coconut milk) whatever you prefer

  • 2 scoops almond butter (peanut butter or Nutella)

  • squeeze of natural honey (not in photo)

  • 1 whole banana

  • 1 tablespoon MACA powder

  • 1 squeeze MCT OIL

  • 2 scoops protein powder (it doesn’t have to be the brand I use, but IT NEEDS TO BE MASS/WEIGHT GAINER)

  • Ice & blend
