One in day time with or after lunch & one before bed
6-8oz Rice Milk (Almond, Soy or Coconut milk) whatever you prefer
2 scoops almond butter (peanut butter or Nutella)
squeeze of natural honey (not in photo)
1 whole banana
1 tablespoon MACA powder
1 squeeze MCT OIL
2 scoops protein powder (it doesn’t have to be the brand I use, but IT NEEDS TO BE MASS/WEIGHT GAINER)
